There was a roach in the room. The bathroom was dirty and had visible handprints. There was dried snot on the headboard. The breakfast was terrible, but the bed was comfortable. When we told the front desk about the roach, they just said they hated to hear that.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Had lots of choices for breakfast. The pool was a little cold and one elevator was broken so we had to wait to use that sometimes but overall it was a pleasurable stay!

It machinserved his purpose why did The washing machine wasn’t working. The icemaker wasn’t working on the third floor.

Room 414 is a conjoining room, next to the elevators. This makes for a more than normal 'noisy' room.

Only one luggage cart. The other one broke ….. washing machine should have been out of service it took 3 hours
