We weren’t able to check in till late. Our our host was most helpful even though it was 1 o’clock in the morning. I highly recommend this place and the front desk clerk should be considered for management.

Lot of space. I didn't feel Claustrophobic. Nice having places to sit other than on the bed.

I enjoyed my weekend stay. Staff were extremely nice. Room was nice and spacious. I go to Richmond in September every year. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern was my shower water never got hot. My three day events started in the evening, so I took my showers later. I'm not sure if water heater to the showers go out at a certain time, but the sink faucet was piping hot all the time.

I tried to give it an excellent rating, but for some reason, all five stars did not show up. I would rate it this way due to the staff. The front desk staff were exceptional. They smiled, they were kind, and very helpful. There was a few other team members that we saw throughout our two days there that always asked about our stay. I highly recommend this facility if you need a place to stay.

Regarding the cleanliness there was a cup behind one of the night stands with what appeared to be dog poop beside it.

We absolutely loved the Staff and loved the hotel everyone and everything was wonderful we will definitely be staying there again, hopefully very soon. Shout out to Ms V and her Husband ❤️

The room was great! Clean, spacious and nicely laid out. You walk into the room and there is a seating area and TV. There is a door that separates that area from the bedroom. The breakfast selection was very good and the breakfast room was very nice. Some things that need to be worked on; -sofa bed needs to be replaced-uncomfortable and no support. Room 516 -On Sunday they ran out of waffle batter and syrup. -We had a spill in the room and needed to use 2 towels and requested towels. -initially I was told that the towels were still in the dryer and they would be sent to our room. Took hours to get them-we went down and got them ourselves which was ok. - it was very apparent that there was not enough staff at the front desk on Saturday. -on Sunday they ran out of waffle batter and syrup. There were some very unhappy people -There was so much chlorine in the pool, hot tub and whole area that we had to leave after 10 minutes. THAT AMENITY WAS WHY I CHOSE YOUR HOTEL. I had Grandchildren with me and we were disappointed. -Only 1 elevator was working and staff said it had been out for several days Despite these things, the positives still outweighed the issues that need to be addressed especially the pool. -We will return

The toilet would not flush. The refrigerator did not work. When you got in the shower you could tell the floor under the fiberglass shower pan was rotted. it felt soft and made horrible cracking noises. The floor looked like it had water damage. There was coffee in the room but no sweeteners or creamer. The pillows were small and lumpy. Probably the worst hotels pillows I have ever had and I have stayed in many dozens of hotels. The bed was hard as a rock. It is clear they stopped caring. Whether it is the owner, the staff or both, I don’t know. But stay away

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. TV in the bedroom did not work so I was unable to watch tv during my 3 day stay. It was reported to staff and they did try and fix it but it never got resolved.

It was a great stay for the 2 nights that we were in town. Close to everything that we needed.

It was quiet. Big screen TVs with nice pictures however the remotes were problematic but the issue was resolved by the staff once reported. Mini fridge had excessive accumulation of ice buildup. Would stay again.

The pool

Just spend the extra $50 and get a different place. Shower head has mold that flakes roaches and spiders in the room and had to get the fridge replaced due to it not working. All and all I will never come back to this establishment.
