Staff was friendly, but the carpets in the lobby and the hallway were filthy and full of stains. The trundle mattress was covered in mysterious stains. The room could have been cleaner.

The property was clean and the room was clean. Check-in was a little bit difficult. There was no spa as advertised and the pool was lukewarm. We were unable to swim for this reason and we had selected this hotel for the spa. There were no creamers at breakfast. Check out was difficult because they would not provide us with a receipt since it was booked third party and this was an inconvenience to us. I will not stay there again.

Air conditioning did not work and the following morning there was as ambush of police and man being detained in lobby

Location was great Our first room had a ceiling light filled of water and then was transferred to a new room next to the elevators which we heard making crazy sounds all day and night. The breakfast buffet could have been better and the pool was unaccessible because it looked like a Black Lagoon and thought there was a hot tub but there was not and no

Location is good We stay here often and noticed a decline in quality of service. A/C in the room never made it below 76, asked front desk said they would tell maintenance. 2 days of warm sleeping. Toilet rocked in bath and had hairs in shower upon arrival.

The beds were comfy, there was plenty of room, and the shower had good heat and water pressure. The only complaint I had was the elevators were extremely loud. You can be in your room and you can hear everytime an elevator is being used.

I thought the price for a last minute stay was reasonable. The room smelled as soon as we walked in of old water or mildew, the bedding was dirty. The hotel apparently has an ant problem, everytime I looked up there was an ant. One was on my son pillow another crawled on my daughter I was so disgusted. The lady at the front desk said they were completly booked and proceeded to look for bug spray to assist me with my stay. The pool area needs to be cleaned, it literally smelled of feces, so nope we couldn't even utilize that amenity. This hotel was just overall a horrible experience.

Amber front desk is awesome!!!! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The rooms where really clean ceiling fans need to be dusted and the air conditioning needs maintenance! Besides that awesome! Nice area! Amber deserves a RAISE!!!!
