Ashley was exceptional at checking and check out!!!

Well, not stay here again. We arrived just before 9 PM. By the time we were checked in, the restaurant was closed. We paid extra for a Riverview. You could barely see the river. The train traffic all night long, which was across the street, caused us to get very little sleep.

Very good

Great location to restaurants and hot springs. Rooms are small and sinks are too small to even wash your face
-
The lobby was a beautiful and comfortable place to relax. The air conditioner in our room cycled on and off repeatedly making it very difficult to sleep.
-
The hotel in and of itself is an amazing experience. There is not a single amenity to speak of outside the attached bar/restaurant and coffee shop. The night front desk fellow is a bit curt. If you are taking the rails, this is definitely the hotel for you.

Very good

The aesthetic and the location. I can walk to almost everything in the city. There's a coffee shop and bar in the hotel proper if you don't want to leave the building. The rooms are cozy and well stocked. How far parking is. The parking situation isn't great. It's definitely not a deal breaker.

Beautiful hotel, tons of restaurants near by,

We have stayed at this property several times. The hotel is well maintained, super great location with access to many restaurants and bars. The room is exceptionally comfortable. I have no real complaints.

Nice hotel
-
Great hotel for dogs! Spacious double King room.
-
The location is great and the hotel itself is nice, comfortable and clean. This is not the cheapest hotel in Glenwood springs. You pay a premium price but then they expect you to pay extra for everything else. Early check in? Extra. Parking? Extra. Really sad for a premium hotel. Doesn't seem like they really will do much to help make the guests feel comfortable and welcome. It's all about money money money.

Great location, near restaurants and shops No housekeeping on a two night stay
