Ok place to stay but low overall score as they take a $100 deposit at check in and don’t give it back for 30 days..don’t even tell you.

Good clean family fun

Kids and the family loved it there was something we couldn’t do because not enough staff but other than that it was great

My only complaint was our Grizzly Bear two bedroom suite. The floor turned our feet solid black. It was soooo gross!!! I had my 13 year old granddaughter and her two friends. The bottom of their feet from just walking around on the floor in our room, was sooooo thick black, they were peeling it off. The next morning we made sure to wear socks. It was so bad, I feel like the floor couldn’t have been mopped for quite awhile. For the cost of the room…that truly is unacceptable. Also, systems were down through entire resort so we ended up ordering from Pizza Hut instead of the pizza place at resort which was fine but with systems down, all the tvs didn’t work in our room(3). That was a bummer when we all were winding down that evening. Other than that, we did have a lovely time celebrating my granddaughters 13th birthday and they enjoyed the water park!

The water park is amazing! The room was nice and clean. I wish the staff had told us we needed closed toed shoes for the extra activities of the upgrade before we paid for it. They did not have extra pillows. We were overcharged for the buffet breakfast, they eventually did fix it.

I stood in line for an hour upon arrival, and when I say my 2 kids were overstimulated the moment we walked in… I truly mean it…we were done for. The music was blaring so loud, and I get it, they were doing an activity, but I couldn’t even hear the person checking us In. AC was out… nothing they could do. Food was… eh. It’s definitely more for toddlers than any other age group. We also weren’t informed about the park closing. We even went onto website to see if it was advertised there and it wasn’t. My kids were so miserable and so was I. We ended up at the hotel across the street and finally had a good weekend… no surprises there. There’s also no direction or help in the entrance. Valet, none. We had to park across the parking lot and then walk our luggage to the front because… no buggies were in site! It was literally a huge inconvenience from the moment we got there.

Family friendly resort. My grandson loved it there.

Friendly staff, clean room, very clean outdoor pool and fun slides

Family friendly, lots to do in a weekend, good food. It was nice seeing other people with a beer or a drink in their hand

There was one dirty sock on the floor in our room and hairs on the toilet seat, which wouldn't have been a big deal if I was paying for a room at cheaper hotel while traveling or something, but it makes you question how well it was really cleaned. I get that's a thankless and hard job cleaning that many rooms but for what they charge I would expect not to find a dirty sock wide out in the open. Even paying $400+ extra for their add-ons they still price gouge on everything, and it's so crowded it makes it hard to enjoy doing anything. It was a struggle forcing myself to leave the room. This used to be our families default birthday/summer trip if we only had a couple days to do something but we're never going back. We could have paid for an all inclusive stay somewhere for what we spent and had much better experience.

Amazing property. Staff was extremely helpful.

The staff were great and very helpful and all times. Check in William was fantastic and gave us all the information we needed. At times there were staff shortages and either the outside pool were delayed being opened. Housekeeping was good and kept us supplied with linens and anything else we needed.
