Stay for a couple of days need towels for the next day ran out and the room was not cleaned the next day. It’s OK whenever I come down to the valley I will stay in the Hamptons. I love this place.

Breakfast was very good. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in lobby was nice. Also fresh fruit, lemonade and cookies were a delightful afternoon treat. Staff is helpful.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT, THE ROOM SO NICE AND COMFORTABLE

The room had urine smell, girl in front desk didn't say when breakfast times was or check out time. Room had no lotion or body wash. Front desk guy said gave us bar soap. All other Hamptons we have stayed in have everything in the bathroom, shower area. We asked for an extra towel an he gave us swimming pool ones. Could not believe the bad service. AC was making loud noise also.

The room was so big and clean. The only downside is they no longer have in room jetted tubs. Other than that great stay!
