Everything was great.

The TV was not working. Maintenance came by and wasn't able to repair it. Also the room phone was not working. I was told I would be earning extra points for the inconvenience but I don't know where to look for that info.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The only problem was I dud not get the room I sign up for. We did not arrive late or anything, they just gave our room to someone else and told us it was not availble. If I take the time to book a room in advance, I should get that room when I arrive.

I booked and put in notes. I needed a handy cap room with walk in shower. Called to verify I had the shower. And was told yes. I called the day before we left. They said yes all was in order as I requested. Got to hotel. No handy cap room. No walk in shower. They said they were going to Walmart and buying a shower chair and would be in the room when we got back from the beach. No chair. No shower grips on the shower floor. I slipped and fell in the tub my knee and foot got jammed had to call EMS. To help me out of the tub. Banged up and very I'm very embarrassed

We booked a room with a roll in shower because of my 85-year-old mother needing access. We did not receive that room, they went and bought a shower chair that was too difficult for her to use getting in and out of a bathtub. The shower was so slippery that my sister, who was in another room, and also requested handicap accessible shower and did not get it. Slipped, fell in the shower and had to be taken to the er. The AC went out in the bedroom of our suite and we slept the first night with it being 78° in the hotel room. The second night the AC in the living room stopped Cooling and it was 75° in there that night. We were there in town for my aunt's 90th birthday. I had another sister that booked a double queen room and got 1 king bed and a sofa. My niece was not going to have a bed. They did get her another room at about 7pm that night which was a good thing but we did not get any help with our room. Very disappointed in our stay.

Enjoyed the stay! The only thing I didn't like and was a huge inconvenience was for the outside grill there was no propane. Bought meat to grill was unable to grill eat.

The property looked new and well taken care off outside as well as inside, the pool is not as big as the pictures make it seem and the pool was a bit dirty, the fountain fixtures from the pool do not throw water like in the pictures and the pool area is really missing a hot tub, I was very much looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub. The check in time is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am, it would be better if check in was at 3 and check out at 12. The breakfast was good not great, the egg was not good, but the pull pork was a good surprise. The room was nice and clean and it smelled good. House keeping staff was very helpful, as well as front desk manager. Overall I would give the whole experience a 7.5 out of 10.

The staff were amazing! The best customer service I’ve ever received at a hotel! The property and rooms were very clean and always smelled great. Our TV stopped working twice because of a breaker issue. But maintenance responded quickly.

Very clean and friendly Nothing

The person who checked us in on Monday was very nice. Toilet paper hadn't been refilled and bathroom wasn't clean. There were people loitering outside the hotel, which made us very uneasy. There was a lady walking through the hotel lobby with a shopping cart who was clearly homeless. The girl behind the counter was trying to get her to leave. She seemed alarmed and told us she was getting ready to call someone to help. When we checked out, the woman behind the counter told us that she was unable to print out a receipt for us. This has never happened to us at a hotel before. Other than these events, the stay was quiet and pleasant. We always stay at the Hilton because it's the best and we are okay paying a little more for that. This stay just didn't rise to the standard we are used to from this facility.
