We loved our quiet room on the 3rd floor of the Hays Holiday Inn Express! It is a newer hotel or has been recently upgraded/remodeled. The facility was super clean & modern. We booked a King Room w/ Extra Floor Space. It had a GLASS SHOWER DOOR on the walk in shower, Dove shower & body products, a wonderfully comfortable king bed & linens with several pillow options, a black out shade, a comfortable chaise longue chair & padded desk chair, good lighting options, numerous charging ports on our bedside tables, a large wall hung television and & a luggage shelf along the wall which was long enough to have 2 suitcases opened. The wall controlled heating/AC system responded quickly to desired changes. The included buffet breakfast was very good with many options both hot & cold. That we only were staying one night & didn't have time to check out the pool or exercise equipment.

Clean, quick check in, nice location!

Above average place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here again. The breakfast was nothing unusual for hotel fare but it was good and I had no complaints whatsoever.

Room was clean. Quiet. Good breakfast.

Food variety was great with better than normal taste.

The room was in wonderful condition and nicely cleaned. I thought it was really nice that both queen beds were very comfortable, one being more firm and one being more cushy depending on preference. The staff were kind. The breakfast was delicious. The pool itself was clean, but the floor in the pool room was not and the room was very dimly lit which was a little strange. But nothing concerning, kids still had fun playing after a day of being in the car. Overall and very nice stay!

The breakfast was just the usual fare but it was better than some other hotels. There was a little more variety.

We called the desk, no lamp or anything available. Didn't even say sorry. Otherwise it was a good stay.
