Location Everything was good

Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful, the room smelled and was not clean, and the room was not ready by the check in time so we had to wait 45 minutes. The hotel was run down and dirty. Pay a little more and pick a hotel with better accommodations. Best part was the Tim Hortons next door.

Overall, the place was nice. The refrigerator didn’t work no coffee machine in the room, but overall it was clean breakfast was good. Just had to warm up the sausage cause it came out cold.

Anna was extraordinary! She was so thoughtfully and I am thankful she was there to help me in this time in my life. Thank you Anna.

Passable

Not the best. Not the worst. Fine for a nights stay.

The room was clean enough and the beds were comfortable. We were on the second floor and there was no elevator, but I should have read more on the hotel amenities. The desk clerk seemed pretty bored about her job. Parking was fine. We needed a room with 2 queen beds, so we got a room with 2 queen beds and then an adjacent room with a couch and TV. Both rooms had their own AC unit. The one in the bedroom was noisy so we just turned it off. Our room was right off the second floor lobby area and the door from the stairs to the 2nd floor lobby was squeaky so whenever some one came up the stairs to go to their room we heard that. It was very noisy most of the night with the customer traffic and the road noise. The whole hotel looked worn out. But the price was good and I guess you get what you pay for. But we won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Wrong room then when I got the right room it was untidy!! We skipped the 1st night and cleaned the second day to shower!

Great stay

Great location! I booked a queen bed room and was given a double bed. Place was dirty, trash all over the laundry room floor which you had to pass through to get to the 2nd floor hallway. Super loud even though we checked in after 10:30pm, blaring music throughout the entire 2nd we were halfway down the hallway before determining which room it was coming from. Bed was uncomfortable and there was no hand soap in our bathroom. Staff seemed annoyed when we had questions, ie; how to get to our room.

Clean and cute room, I was honestly surprised how nice the hotel was since it wasn’t an expensive rate. Continental breakfast offered, would stay again.
-
(Which was an extraordinary amount of times!). Bed comfy and cleanliness positive.
-
Late check in. No soap in bathroom. No body wash in shower. Previous occupants drink left in refrigerator.

First room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke, but the staff immediately gave me a different room, and their sincere apologies. The first room smelled like cigarette smoke

Room was pretty shabby with strange stains on the wall and ragged doors and window shades. Even worse, the AC/heat unit was not working--neither from the thermostat or the unit itself.
-
Overall a good value, mostly clean, but need to run water because it comes out brown. Mentioned it to the front desk, first person said don't drink the water, second person looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language

Property is located in kind of a remote location. But was claimed aided some work, and the interior staff was helpful and the continental breakfast was good. Good place to stay for a night while traveling

The front desk girl was nice. My room wasn’t ready even though they gave me the keys, wasn’t enough towels for us all, no hand soap and the second day they shut down breakfast early so my child couldn’t eat. Another guest even said well can she have a bagel. They said NO it’s done. The first day we seen people being served a half hour past the limit, but no my child couldn’t eat 10 minutes prior to the limit. That was incredibly rude and ridiculous.
