Bed was comfy, area felt safe Fire alarm went off about 20 minutes after I got there, at 11pm! Half an hour outside whilst the firebrigade investigate to find a false alarm. No ones fault particularly but it was still a hassle, no apology, just like it never happened. Breakfast not included but you can pay EXTRA.

Inn was in a great location to RIT. Would stay again.

Convenient location. Great food in the restaurant. Loved the option of bringing our family pet along on the college visit! ❤️ We were unable to use the pools as they weren’t open later at night or before 3 pm, making it hard when staying only 1 night. Hotel bar not open on weeknights. The main lobby floor needs a rug or runners, it was VERY slippery and dangerous.

Spacious parking (albeit packed), big room, refrigerator, responsive HVAC Bed bug bites on my arm the next morning, thorough search of my luggage to ensure I wasn't taking any home
-
The rooms were clean but the beds are very small for 2 adults. Also, their airport shuttle has limited availability M-F 6a to 7p only

Close to interstate. Clean facility. Quiet complex. The layout is a bit difficult to navigate.

Price Room is very updated and not clean

The room was clean, however it was noisy from the road noise. There was some confusion about our room not being ready but was quickly resolved. Restaurants were nearby. Not having any wi-fi in the room was strange in this day and age. Always was alarmed by all the rules/warnings we were given that gave me the impression that they have had issues in the past from customers.

Room was neat and cleaned and well maintained. The dining services were great. Everybody at the Inn were very friendly There is nothing I didn't like. The place is exceptional
