Poor service, dirty , broken door, coffee machine, light, WIFI poor, expensive for what it is.

Convenient location, clean and affordable. I had what I needed while in town for a conference.

The thing I love most is that the hotel is pet friendly. We had to pay a fee for our second dog who is not certified as a service dog but that's okay. Equally important is that the rooms have exterior doors which is very convenient not only both my dogs but also for me as I am in a wheelchair. The bed and sheets and pillows were so soft and comfortable that they were on the same level and quality as you would find at a Marriot or Sheraton hotel. It's located close to the interstate and close to medical facilities, shopping and restaurants. The door did not have the extra bar lock on top. The light over the bed on one side didn't work.

The parking was difficult. I had to drive around to find a parking spot and finally found one 10 doors away from my door. Being a single woman traveling alone I was kind of wary about where I parked my car. But otherwise everything else in the facility was fine. I think they did advertise breakfast but I didn't see any

The room had a fowl odor that worsened when the hvac unit was running.

Nothing. I want a refund. In fact, my wife and I only stayed one night, because we were exhausted and it was nearly 9pm. Moreover, I asked for a refund. Bottom line - we will never stay at that hotel or use Booking.com again. We discovered the first room we were assigned did not have a phone, television, nor proper plumbing. The toilet let after the first flush. The bathroom flooded. The clerk offered a second room in similar condition that had not been cleaned. We finally slept in a third room, but the shower did not look clean, the television did not receive any channels and the phone and outlets in the nightstands were not plug in. There were literally no phone cords. I had to call the 800 number to get a phone number for the desk.

Run down, carpet in room smelled, landscaping is not done, makes it look terrible. Garbage can for pet area overflowing,

I had cat in my room didn't know where the cat came from I'm allergies to cat.and the room had bugs in it never again would stay there

Had an enjoyable stay. Environment was clean, safe and homely.
