The location was great—only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach and about a 5-minute walk to the park and zoo. I didn’t have a car during my stay and mainly relied on the bus and walking. I only used Lyft once, to get to Kōloa Ranch, so the location was very convenient for getting around without a car.The price was also great for what you get. My only downside would be the elevators. There are only two elevators per tower, and every other day, it seemed like only one was working. Depending on what floor you’re staying on, you may not want to take the stairs. I once waited about 15–20 minutes for an elevator. Other than the elevator situation, I had no complaints and would definitely consider staying here again.

the staff is very helpful…..shout out to our housekeeping Jedy & Roderick they did a good job to make our room clean all the time……i was disappointed the parking because when i came Friday night they don’t have space for the SUV that i rented then i need to change the SUV that i rented in to smaller one

Misleading. However it wasn’t a huge charge. They had beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards to borrow which was great for us.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit, and we would be happy to stay here again!

Did everything we needed as a base for 3 nights really well, and the free breakfast whilst limited did a job. The lifts to the higher floors were incredibly slow, and on departure one wasn’t working which meant we had a 25 minute wait to get down with all of our cases. Towels, chairs and boogie boards for the beach were really good and free. Didn’t use the pool but the area around it was clean but not very glamorous

Staff was friendly and patient. Also there is a Domino’s inside the hotel, which is another great add-on for a late night snack.

The biggest frustration was the elevators. With only two, getting to and from our room on the tenth floor took a long time, especially during breakfast when so many guests were trying to use them. The AC in our room also didn’t cool well, which made sleeping at night almost unbearable. The extra fees were frustrating too. The $42 per day destination fee should be optional rather than mandatory. The valet staff were fast and efficient, but we would have liked the option to park ourselves and access our car whenever we wanted. The staff were great, but the elevators, room temperature, and added fees took away from an otherwise good stay.

Staff was always friendly when we had questions. Breakfast was amazing as they had a 7 day rotation of different items so you didn't have to eat the same thing all week.

Staff is pleasant and room service was excellent. Very good breakfast served daily.

Conveniently close to wakiki beach! Within walking distance . The staff was very nice & welcoming. Rooms were well kept

Everything is ok except that you need more elevator with the amount of guest you have 2 is not enough.
