I love this hotel, but this year the staff really were not helpful and not doing their jobs. Waiting for them at the front desk without them even acknowledging me was the start. Room looked directly into another building where you could see everything and the room was insanely small, even the bathtub was a half bath tub… I asked for a room change but because there were two weddings going on they couldn’t..accommodate until the next day… then I had to wait till 3 and store my luggage and wasted another day! No apologies no drink on them or anything like that… just annoyed faces to see me, and I was being nice, but they were just acting unprofessional. I paid an extra fee to get upgraded to a room that I could have a decent view… even though the original price was a lot, no thought from their side to discount me for the inconvenience or anything… I was disappointed

My wife and I loved our time and stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice restaurant on site, very close to Waikiki Beach, tons of food options near by, and really everything you could want is within walking distance. A+ would stay again and recommend to anybody!

The room was impeccable. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was an excellent value for the price. Lulus down the street served excellent food and cocktails.

We stayed twice (top and tail) at the QK on this trip. It's a staid old property but actually has some great features. It's nice to be away from the main thrash of Waikiki and it is close to the zoo and some nice local restaurants. We were very grateful to be upgraded and our rooms on both occasions had nice views from a balcony.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the Hawaiian deco and ambiance. The hotel had the best prices on food and drinks. Everything was delicious. Especially the pineapple ice cream float. Very friendly staff. Na

So cute and so much Aloha spirit. Staff is so welcoming and kind. The coffee/restaurant inside was delicious and enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely stay again!

Clean, pretty

We liked the whole hotel, the location, the proximity to the beach, downtown Waikiki, and Leonards. The place was clean, well worth the price. The on-site restaurant and bar were exceptional. We did not like the parking situation. On day 1, there was no parking for us. And we almost didn't get parking the next day. Idk, but that situation needs to get fixed.

My wife and I had been aboard the Pride of America for our anniversary when the ship had to come back to port a day early. We needed a hotel for the night and ended up with a great room at Queen Kapiolani with an amazing view of the Pacific & Diamond Head! Great service from all the employees we interacted with! We will definitely be booking another stay here the next time we come to Honolulu!

Room was clean but small. The balcony had hard chairs with a small table. Some rooms had coffee machines, some had tea kettles. Restaurant food was not very good especially for the price. The noise level varies. Was woken up by a car in the street blasting music and it shaking my room at 430am. Random banging and noises all the time. Overall, I would probably not stay here again but it's not bad. Beach is down 2 blocks. Zoo across the street. Plenty of stores and restaurants around.
