OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel

Perfect hotel to be in if you want to be in the middle of Waikiki. Love that we don’t have to worry about parking since your parking fee pays for valet. Laundry room can use a little maintenance but everything else was perfect.

Perfect location. Excellent service. From the bellman to the front desk. The staff from the Aroma Cafe were also very nice and friendly. I’ll be back. Thank you

The site itself was super clean and close to all amenities. Across the road is the surfboard beach alley and you're right there on Waikiki Beach. Recommend 1000%

Excellent location, lovely property. Excellent cleaning of room and great facilities. The Auana show is a must watch if staying at the property! Need more pool chairs. Lift doors were very quick to close and sometimes closed on people

We had a partial ocean view and it was amazing. Enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere. Everyone who we encountered was truly great. Had a wonderful time there. The shower was a bit small and the bed was very hard. Lumpy pillows. The rest of the room was spectacular, but need new beds. You don't have to spend a ton on upgrades, but you need something much more comfortable.

Location but was disappointed it was not on the beach Old dirty carpet. Halls elevator and lobbies need to be updated!

Nice clean room, room service is every other day but can call and ask and they will accomodate. Staff was all very friendly.

Staff was excellent

Clean rooms and very nice people at check in The ocean view rooms are very partial views. There are lots of families here and it is quite noisy and you can hear kids in the next room and and running in the hallway. They did change our room on the second night, but it was the same problem there.. I’ve asked three times for a parking receipt that was $500 yet they have never provided

This hotel is right in the middle of everything and right across from the beach. The Aloha Cafe within the hotel is nice. The food and coffee is good and it's open early and into the evening. And...it's conveniently located right off the pool. (So is the bar). The pool was warm and there was almost always a chair available. The covered pods were nice in the rain. And there is a hot tub as well. Cirque du Soleil ticket office and Theater entrance are part of the hotel lobby. The staff here was really nice and helpful. I needed some pages printed and they gladly did it for me quickly at the front desk (there is no business office). And I made a rookie mistake and left my clothes in the drawers when I left! Mildred, in housekeeping, was absolutely lovely and on top of it for me. A big mistake on my end, was resolved easily on her end (because of her). A lot of the rooms have nice views. Mine had a great view of the ocean, as well as the city. Highly recommend! Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful

Located on the main shopping strip. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Rooms good size. Breakfast was disgusting. No buffet just a selection of a few items which are the same every day. Soggy croissants and a plate full of lettuce, I’m sure they thought we were rabbits. Dry waffles or panini’s. Checkin took 2 people and a good 15-20 min. Room not available at checkin but if you pay $100 it’s miraculously available. Daily tax but housekeeping only every 2nd day. Someone’s (not ours) medication found on the floor after it was cleaned.

Close to the beach but right on main street where all the shops are. Did not know the parking was so much a day especially when I was staying there. I think if you are staying at the hotel parking should be included. That was an extra almost 200$
