I like how the location is close to the Ala Moana Shopping Mall, Target and Walmart. My family stayed here last year and this is the reason I came back. No airport shuttle.
-
Close to Ala Moana beach and the several harbors where many off shore tours leave from Across the street from the Ala Moana mall so plenty of shopping and food close by In addition one block away from both Target and Walmart if you forget something Really enjoyed the room, and the pool area is an excellent place to wind down after a day on beach or around the island And don’t miss the Sway restaurant for a late night meal or breakfast. One of the best “hotel” restaurants i enjoyed in my travels

We asked for room service everyday. And the doors were never sweated I kept stepping on eye lash extensions. Gross I don’t wear them so I know they are NOT mine. And I noticed that the towels were just being picked up and folded and put back on the rack. Gross once again. Thank gosh we did have a washer and dryer in our room . Also room service was very unfriendly. The price that I paid was insane for this to be called a 5 star hotel.

Great location for shopping but not so much for the beach. The staff were very helpful for arranging taxis and providing general information.

The staff was consistently helpful throughout our stay. The room was excellent and well maintained. Room service delivered an excellent breakfast that was fresh and hot.

My overall experience was a 3 out of 5 and it would be a 2 but the receptionist were very helpful so that’s what saved it from a 2. The amenities were ok but I feel they could have been better bc the hotel charges guest a $50 destination fee which it crazy and should be disclosed prior to my booking. Just to close this out in shout it is expensive and you are only paying for a name and not the service expected when paying a premium price.

We upgraded to an ocean view and the view was spectacular! We took advantage of the free shuttle to Waikiki and it dropped us off across from the Hyatt Regency - about a 10 minute ride from the hotel. We then were able to ride back 2 hours later. A nice perk to staying at this hotel. We also enjoyed being near the Ala Moana shopping center. The nearby Ala Moana Regional park was perfect for morning runs. Our room was clean and quiet. We had a wonderful stay!

Probably one of the nicest and fanciest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Ok will definitely stay there again if I come back to Hawaii.

Clean, convenient location, steamer iron available in the room, bidet, complimentary bottled water, free tumblers Only valet parking available and additional $59 fee for parking per night; light switch wasn’t working properly; view out the window into side of another building

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the spa amenities. I didn't care for the attitude of the shuttle driver. His tone was always unfriendly. Our first day there we wanted to go to the Ala Moana Shopping Center. He repeated several times it was across the street. We communicated back a couple times that we understood but wanted to be driven over nonetheless. He appeared annoyed. I also thought the prices of Sera were too expensive for breakfast. I also didn't like we weren't offered turn down service or have our room cleaned.

Great service and very friendly staff

The rooms were clean and spacious given that the property is still relatively new. The amenities were great and the staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit O'ahu!

I’m in Honolulu for a week twice each year visiting family. This is my “go to” place to stay in Honolulu and I recommend it if you don’t need to be looking at or a short walk to the beach. I prefer it as I can still walk to the beach if I want to, but it’s out of the actual tourist chaos of Waikiki. It’s fairly new and the amenities surpass what I’ve found elsewhere. A great fitness center, lap pool, and pool area to lounge around and soak up sun if that’s your jam. The rooms are also well appointed and modern with a Toto washlet in the bathroom if that’s important to you. They do have a resort fee like most hotels with these amenities in HNL, a portion of which you get back each day when using the onsite services, so be ready for that extra cost.

Location is very good. Cross street from Ala Moana Center and beach park.

Very nice

The location was close to the shops, parks, and beaches. If you don’t mind walking it can probably take 25 minutes to get to Waikiki beach. Transportation is really nice. Nice pool area. I didn’t have any negative experiences.

The bathroom sink slowly got clogged. The tub, although amazing, the overfill valve was disconnected and the tub stopper was also not placed properly. Showerhead had some moldy residue as well. The hot tub on 8th floor was not hot at all. It was barely warm and there was no indication of a time limit posted. Great place but could still just use a little more attention. Not a fan of what is obviously a booklet being replaced with two sheets of paper for contact info. Management sends up employees to deliver room service in paper bags even though with how nice the hotel is, you imagine it would be a cart. Just have clearer instructions. Give staff tools they need to help guests.
