Great staff!

Location was great walk to the Astros stadium. The green place across the street was fun. Tom's watch spot a sports bar was fun and great food. A/C was a little off. But it was still comfortable. Parking for valet line was very long. We didn't know about the garage until we pulled up to valet station. You could add information about additional parking on your website.

Always a good experience! We love staying here when catching an Astros game. Hotel is convenient to the ball park. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I stayed here back in July. We were staying in a suite. The living room was comfortable but the bedroom was very warm. I had walked down to the desk to see if they could locate a fan. The front desk attendant who was never at the front desk finally came and told me she had one and she’d let me know when it was coming up to my room. I waited in the lobby for over one hour, now past 2 am. When I finally saw her again she told me they didn’t have any. When reporting this the hotel told me they would reimburse the money I paid for valet parking. I gave it one month to give time to go back on the card, nothing. Then I emailed them again. No response. Now 2 months later I haven’t heard anything. Will never stay at this establishment again.

The location of the venue. The rooms were ver comfortable. Breakfast was not a buffet and the place was too narrow to enjoy it. Rooms were quite small and free parking for guests not offered.

Only Hot water in the sink at times. No hot water in the shower at times. Curtains dont open or shut. Phone didnt work. A/C cools place to about 74 when set to 80. Staff was helpful and very kind. Food and coffee was good. Location was good. The hotel is old and needs an overhaul.

Everything here was grand, check in and check out were easy, the room was immaculately clean - I wasn't expected turn down every day but that was ok. I didn't eat or drink at the hotel, so can't comment on that.

The pool wasn't open when we came and we didn't have an hot water. So we didn't get to shower when we stayed. The staff when I voiced my concern was like well get maintenance to come check on it and no one ever showed. It was the worst service ever. Definitely stay away from this location.

The place was awful, drug use in the parking lot, electric problems caused our food to spoil in the refrigerator, music in lobby was extremely loud. Lots of upgrades needed, styrofoam cup taped to the plumbing in the restroom to catch water under the sink (disgusting). I would never have imagined this from Marriott
