Perfect for our 4 night stay. Located close to public transport. Check was easy, breakfast had great range cooked and cold. Room we had was large and a/c was awesome.

What really stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly generous, welcoming, and always eager to help with any request. The hotel is located in a fantastic, vibrant neighborhood that felt safe and was convenient for exploring. Additionally, they serve a decent breakfast each morning with a good variety of options to start the day right. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

I loved the location, its ideal if you’re attending an event at the toyota centr (like I did!). Its walking distance to the venue I didnt like that the thermostat in the room didnt work, I wanted to sleep in but once the sun came out and it hit my window it was hot asf in that room

Awesome stay!!

Large room with super comfy bed. Excellent bathroom amenities. Good location downtown for activities etc. Also only 30 mins away from the Houston Space centre Shower door was letting water escape a bit resulting in a puddle post shower. TV was also a little outdated with nothing but basic channels.

Room was nice, but the pillows were half size(weird). Good location parking was off site, unless valet was used(expensive). Close to what we wanted to do. Overall ok.

Staff was excellent. My only complaint is I was put in a room that had water damage to the restroom ceiling. When I woke up there was a mess all over the counter, the floor and my belongings.

The layout to the hotel was a bit unusual. The AC in our room was on, but could barely feel the air. The shower door was glass, but the set-up did not keep the water from getting all over the floor. We had to use a few towels to dry up the excess water. Bed wasn't great, maybe a bit too firm, but the pillows were nice and fluffy. Finding the shared pool was a little interesting. View from the area was beautiful. Location great. Staff and front desk employee was super great. I didn't get his name but he wore glasses.

The room was clean, tidy and really spacious, especially considering this was the cheapest room we could find, although it was still quite expensive. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a great bonus. There wasn’t a huge amount of choice at breakfast, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the location wasn’t ideal for us. This isn’t down to the hotel itself, but we didn’t feel particularly comfortable walking around the area, especially in the evening. We experienced aggressive behaviour and were even threatened, which was very unsettling. The valet parking was extremely overpriced at $50 per night plus tax, which we honestly found ridiculous considering the already high cost of the room. There is a 24-hour car park literally around the corner for around $20, making the hotel’s parking charge feel completely unreasonable. For the amount we paid to stay at the hotel, we would have expected parking to either be included or at least be considerably cheaper.

The hotel is an older style place but is reasonably well maintained. The staff were always helpful. The only thing that annoyed me was that the background music in the dining room at breakfast was far too loud.

Bed was very comfortable. Convenient to tram transport and a Starbucks downstairs. Terribly dated premises, all feeling shabby and knocked around. The included breakfast buffet was the poorest I’ve ever encountered. Just half-cold, limp food in a soulless dining room. Dreadful. There was one charming receptionist when we arrived - then a very hostile and rude one at night. Not helpful, zero interest in the customer experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was extremely clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and professional, which made the stay even better. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

No wake call was done even though I asked the front desk in the night before.
