It was a clean room nice staff. Breakfast was great pricey though and valet parking is very pricey. but I did enjoy my stay

Was there for a conference in the place was perfect. Spacious, modern, clean, comfortable and bright. Staff was always available and for the most part knowledgeable and helpful. They were all nice anyway.

I really love this hotel is not much that I can say because all the staff are freely very professional of the hotel is an upscale hotel. I always feel safe and every time I visit Houston I always book this hotel no matter the price due to the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel more than amazing

It was clean and in a great location downtown. Valet was a nice service to have. Beds are comfortable. There’s no free parking. Valet is $65 per day.

Well ocated in downtown, 10 minutes walking from the Wortham Theater to see the ballet. We enjoyed drinks at the bar in the lobby.
