Courtyard by Marriott Houston Heights/I-10

The beds and pillows were awesome!!! Construction but that will go away one day.

Lovely facility with a quaint free happy hour the first night I arrived.

Everyone was very nice. The property was clean and well appointed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I left one day early and could get a refund for the additional night. Roadway in from of hotel is under construction

They advertised free parking, but there was a charge. I parked outside to avoid this charge. The hotel was clean and the service was wonderful.

FD staff: meh to unfriendly except for Sunday checkout woman...she was friendly & knew what she was doing. Friday day & night shift staff...didn't care & showed lack of concern for guests with a VERY SLOW check in, etc. Gym: ceiling tiles were falling/some treadmills not working/overall "dirty" and it really showed in the small space that is the "fitness center". Unfortunate that Marriott cannot even offer comp coffee in the mornings. It's nice that it's Starbucks items but...there's a "fee" on top of every item...priced higher that an actual Starbucks. You may as well go spend your $ in one of the many quaint coffee shops/restarants in The Heights area...not at the hotel. Helpful there's a bar & the bar staff was very friendly/nice. Overall, 3/5 rating.

Stay in Houston Heights at Courtyard on a regular basis. Staff welcoming and helpful. Location best for my travels. Construction on Katy Freeway makes driving always changing. Amenities in hotel and surrounding area are excellent. Rooms are quiet and well maintained. Always my first choice for trips to H Town.

Everything was nice and clean. Ladies at the desk and bar were non friendly.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, great bedding, good neighborhood- able to walk to variety of food options, and they serve Starbucks coffee which is how I like to start my day when I’m traveling
