Best Western Plus Downtown Inn & Suites

The shower was well handicapped providing many bars for as additional tub security.

The rooms were large enough and beds were comfortable. The variety of breakfast was not too much, but it was fair enough. In the booking the price of rooms were 1350 USD, but in the hotel we were charged 1500USD. The location is 25 minutes by walk to Downtown.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, & breakfast was great!! loved it here!

What you see is what you get. Good value, clean and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice!

Staff were friendly

I have been in many hotel rooms and this room was the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. I didn’t want to leave. It was super clean and comfy! The staff was wonderful too!

Breakfast was very good. Staff was wonderful. Location is perfect. Facility was well maintained Nothing

I love the bed I had to park behind the building when I got back but it's okay

Has to be the best breakfast I have ever had. Not exagerated. WOW. Wish I could have that every morning.

This is a very well maintained hotel with an excellent location.

Exceptional

This hotel is better than many! It was clean. Good location and many restaurants around.

Fabulous check-in process. Clean room. No mold smell… that’s important to me. Pool and hot tub were clean. Just WAYYY too much chlorine and the chemicals took a toll on my breathing. However, we reported it and THEY JUMPED ON IT. The professional pool company was called out and was fixing the problem within an hour. Well kept property. Breakfast was clean and decent…beings I don’t normally eat those types of foods. But, everything was hot and moist.

I want to start off by saying that the BW staff was great & the pool & hot tub were so amazing, It was so relaxing. Overall our stay was amazing here really clean, oh and the breakfast was the best I’ve had coming from a hotel. I did not expect that at all. Amazing !! And I’m super picky & usually complain

I think they might have beg bugs. My legs were covered in some type of insect bites. They need to replace their old mattresses.

Good size room with great view of downtown. Clean and modern facilities. Friendly welcome from all staff members. Parts of the area are a bit sketchy.

As best western’s go this was a very good stay. Clean, cool, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and well maintained. No complaints about this place, except that the mattress felt a bit old and saggy.

Great Front Desk staff!! I lefted an Apple Watch and phone charger in my room. Front desk person called me to tell me that she had it. She will leave it at front desk for pick up the next day!! Awesome!!! Great pool also!!

The location
