La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Bush Intl Airpt E

Internet did not work in room. It would connect when I was in the lobby but it would not even show up when I tried to find it in my room. Tub was dirty, The entire 3rd floor smelled like mildew/mold and something in the air made me have some kind of allergy attack to the point to where I could not breathe.

Nothing super crazy. It’s a decent hotel decent breakfast just average but if you need some more cheap to stay, this is a good place.

We asked to move to an upstairs room, with a deadbolt on the door. The new room had several pictures that had been ripped off the wall, with gaping holes in the wall, and one picture with black mold growing on the outside of the glass frame. Overall, the hotel was dark, dingy, beaten-up, dirty, and not well maintained at all. The swimming pool was non existent! It had been filled in with a mound of dirt instead of being repaired! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their offerings! I wish that we had chosen a different hotel, and that we had requested a refund instead of spending the night at this particular location. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Location The staff in charge for breakfast it was 845am I went to get my breakfast and the lady was so unfriendly and she took the mix for the waffles before the end time for breakfast and she never said good morning

Very nice located hotel if your going to the airport and have pets. The staff is nice and they have shuttle to the airport that allows pets in carriers.

Bedding, hot water. Breakfast. Air conditioning The room had a sofa, it's torn and bad smelling, chair torn, internet had 2.5 mbps speed really. I had stayed in La Quinta before. I had 4 star experience before. My experience yesterday was bad, I had to buy a bottle of 12 Oz water for a dollar. But you had coffee options in the room no water. Add water to the room charges.

The Staff, very friendly and helpful The rooms were a little dated, but was very clean to breakfast was nice. I definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great, had a good night sleep before my flight, the bad experience was with the airport shuttle personnel, he was rude and not helpful at all
