Holiday Inn Houston NE - Bush Airport Area by IHG

Exceptional

My parents enjoyed their stay! Very clean

Very nice facilities, restaurant in the lobby that makes life easy, comfortable hotel owned shuttle, very good breakfast, nice amenities in the room (good shampoo, conditioner, lotion and coffee maker). Nothing. It is a little expensive but you get what you paid for.

I was charged a fee for Breakfast. The only breakfast available was the hotel Starbuck. What was the $7 breakfast charge for?

Fast check in. Very clean. Nice staff.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Excellent for a one night stay before going to the airport.

I had a great day from meeting with the front desk, extremely courteous and pleasant. The hotel is very clean smelled nice. My room was very comfortable and quiet.

It was decent.

Hotel is well kept, clean, and the staff was very professional and attentive. It's location is very near the airport, and close to places to eat up and down fm.1960. Plenty self parking spaces with well lighting.

We booked this based on their details that they provided gated parking and also had direct shuttle service to the airport. They don’t offer overnight paid parking for the airport and they’ll shuttle doesn’t start until 5am, so neither worked for us. The restaurant was great and our food was really good! Don’t work out for our needs but we’d stay there again.

Will be back

Stayed one night, staff was helpful with my req for early check in , over all a great stay

Exceptional

Chill and nice, it was wild they didn’t have coffee but whatever.

So it would be helpful that, at the reservation, the question would be asked whether we need a transportation to them

I was not able to call the hotel for them to send me their shuttle upon arrival at the airport. So it would be helpful that, at the reservation, the question would be asked whether we need a transportation to them

Very good

Bad

We stayed at the hotel very nice area. We used the pool very nice but over the night in our room the air conditioner went out. The people that were above our room were stomping all night. We alerted the front desk multiple times and it would stop for a while but then go again. Then we had no hot water in our shower even though our sink had hot water so it wasn’t the best stay for our layover , but the facilities and location was nice.

Very good
