La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis South

Close to where I wanted & the highway but couldn’t hear the highway noise The carpet needed cleaned. Our feet were black from walking around in the room. I know they were doing work but it wasn’t close to our room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying at this property. They are remodeling but it never interfered with our stays. The rooms are very clean beds have been comfortable. And the Breakfast has good options. Such as scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy waffles bagels fresh fruit milk hot fresh coffee . One of the most important things to me is your not hit with plug in air fresheners when you walk in the door. We’ve stayed at others in the area and the smell is so overpowering it’s given me a headache. This one is just nice fresh clean air.

Some rooms are undergoing renovation so there were traces of construction. But overall, we stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was very spacious for 6 people plus a dog. Our suite was clean, both bathrooms were clean. The sofa sleeper is very outdated. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of delicious options.

They’re in the process of updating the property, so soon it will be much nicer. Our room was nice; I think it had already been updated. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is handy. The staff were all really nice and friendly. We couldn’t eat at the hotel, so not sure how good their pizza is. I’m gluten-free, so there were no options for me. Luckily there’s a Fujiyama across the street. Excellent sushi!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good We were pulling a trailer behind the truck and there were parking spaces for us! What a relief.

Me parecio todo bien

I didn't like anything because they double booked our room which we called in almost a week in advance. We were celebrating our 9 year anniversary this was always the hotel we come to but they pretty much cancelled and last minute we had no where to go. I had spent around 4 hours back and forth speaking to people on trying to get our money back, trying to find a different hotel for us to stay it was horrible. I had to do everything myself and no discounts for next time nothing. So that will be the last time we stay unfortunately which makes me highly upset

Loved the super welcoming and pet-friendly staff, the jacuzzi in our room, the easy access to EV charger, and the breakfast! Our room definitely smelled like stale cigarette smoke, despite being an entirely no-smoking property. One of the lamp shades was broken too.

It was a clean quiet comfortable room. This hotel, like others where we've stayed lately is showing its age. It was hard to tell how well the grounds around the hotel are being maintained (needed attention when we were there) as Indianapolis had just experienced some serious flooding.

The room was clean but the only thing was that they didn't put any hygiene products in the room.
