Staff is friendly and accommodating. Property is taking care of. Room is amenities are 10/10. I’d only encourage a little dusting on window seals before guest. I will definitely be back.

The place is really nice and a great location staff was friendly. Paying for parking seemed like a little much, even though we didn't valet park. And the choices were 2 hours for free. And the next choice was 1 day. Nothing I between for visitors.

Location and atmosphere The property needs refresher/remodel in rooms. Carpet was dirty, everything seemed old or in need of repair.

Great experience, walkable to businesses and restaurants. The onsite restaurant has really good breakfast, and the rooms were nice.

This has become our go to spot for all of our Dallas trips! The best vibe, quiet but fun times in all the outside areas. Everything was themed out down to the ice bins. The only suggestion I have is research before you go as the rooms do not have info about the in room massages and smores kits and other things that we missed until the day we checked out.

This hotel is wow. The design simply makes it so unique and fun to stay at. The girl at the desk (I think her name was Avery?) was extremely nice and professional. She went out of her way to help and make us feel comfortable. The hotel gives greedy vibes. Water- you gotta pay for it. Parking- it says on booking parking on premises. We pulled in and there was a vale guy that offered to park the car for 18$. We refused politely and asked to park it ourselves. He said parking was 12$ a night. Why would you have to pay for parking when it clearly says on booking that there is parking available on property? Fine. We got to the lot, scanned the QR code and guess what- it was 16.11$ and not 12$. Tricky and unfair!

You have to pay for parking. Pool closes early 10pm. Otherwise, It’s a nice/clean hotel and close to many restaurants and convention venues.

We had two different hotels booked prior and they were awful! We needed up here and it was amazing-the rooms were so cleaned and comfortable! The staff were amazing, especially Antwain! When we come back for another work trip we will stay here again!

All I can say about this place is wow! It is so cute! Everything is clean and the staff was amazing a so friendly. The decor is perfect. It is located so close to many things and you can walk to several restaurants. We will be back for sure! Can't say enough good things about this one

Across from convention center Beds were cozy Could request a microwave Elevator was out for duration of our entire stay and the other one was a 5 minute maze away. Room given was facing the outdoor fireplace, extra hot. Unnecessary in Texas summer 3rd floor rooms don't have a fan on the patio, so theres no airflow. I didnt like the prefilled bar/snacks in the room. It shouts greedy and if I wanted snacks/beer, I could walk for it. It can lure rodents and bugs.

The property and staff were great! But beware that they now charge for parking and vehicles are not guarded/protected. Our car got broken into the last night of our stay.
