Delta Hotels by Marriott™ Jacksonville Deerwood

It was nice and clean also smelled good You had to come downstairs for ice

We had a great experience. The beds were comfortable. We would stay again!

Staff was extremely helpful! The best gym in a hotel!

Nice clean rooms and very friendly 👌 staff.

Everything was fine except I did not get a free breakfast so I will ask my company not to put me there again

Great stay! We will be happy to stay again😄

Nice stay. Very clean and the staff is very friendly

I did not like that there was no free breakfast for how much the stay was. Free breakfast should be included.

No

The front desk staff is top tier. VERY helpful with accommodations. Knowledgeable and was willing to assist after my late check in.

There were bugs on the sheets. Do not recommend! When I brought this up to management, they dismissed my concerns and just moved me to another room. I felt like they were trying to dismiss the situation and acted like there was nothing! Horrible!

Wonderful experience!

coffeemaker would only put out lukewarm water.

Exceptional

Location to area. Bkft was good

Booked King Room , received a double queen. Breakfast is included in the price of the of the room, however it operates on a voucher system, which I did have time to sort out, so I had the privilege to pay for breakfast twice... so watch out for that, if that is important for you.

There was a bad leak in my room and lots of mold. I had clothes that I had gotten out of and didn’t know it was wet. All of my clothes got mildewed and I had to dispose of them. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. I also came for work and was charged for parking although I was dropped and never received a parking pass.

My bedsheets were dirty upon arrival, and I had to call for fresh sheets. There was no staff to change the sheets so I had to do it myself. In addition, I was there for two nights on the second day. The AC unit wouldn’t cool beyond 78°.

Disappointing
