Nice place, especially for the price. The room was clean. The included breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly. I've stayed here before and likely will again in the future.

When checking in, the front desk clerk told us that in the future when we come for medical appointments ask for the discount.

I am a long term IHG member. I booked the non refundable rate by mistake. I could not stay. Tried and tried to cancel. They would not agree to refund me. I’ll never book this hotel again!

I booked 8 rooms, and it was an easy process. The staff are super nice and easy to communicate with.

My stay was booked and paid through expedia. The hotel charged me an additional al $97 and even after 14 calls to the hotel and IHG Guest Services, they won't give it back. Desk staff are rude, no one ever called back, and I was told, I'm sorry but the manager is a busy man. It's the worst customer service I've experienced. It's like the figure I'll just go away if they ignore me long enough.
