Comfortable beds Facility was very dated. The room itself was pretty nasty. The floors ruined a pair of socks in a matter of minutes. Dried sauce on the floor by the bed. There was a dead bug in the bathtub. Sat down on the toilet and it was broken. In room coffee was terrible. No complementary continental breakfast as stated on booking. 6 floors and only 1 elevator worked. Musty/stale mop-water smell. Ice machine only worked on 2 floors

The ladies and gentleman at the front desk were so amazing saved my but a few times during my stay because I had 1000 things going on and they made an otherwise stressful and just downright awful trip to JAX, and turned it into something not so bad. I was able to actually enjoy my stay in JAX for the last 4-5 days, after being scammed and lied to by another hotel. I cant praise these ladies and gentleman enough. 😁👏

The price was good. We just needed a place to crash for the night. We were only there for 5 hours, just to sleep. Hotels these days are not the same! Back in the day, there was always coffee available in the lobby with real creamer! Substituting with coffee pots in rooms is NOT the same! Could have been cleaner fixtures seem out dated.

The price was good but the rooms had a musty smell to them.

The vinyl plank flooring made it too noisy people talking loudly for hours. Doors slamming at 3am room smelled like mold coming from a/c unit.

Service was great people were friendly and helpful. Clean. Safe area and easy to travel. Perfect for being a half way point to the beach or down town. Stayed here multiple times and would again. Only down side elevator was down this time, no big deal.

I like the location, the facilities that surrounded the hotel, the room was clean, the front desk staff was amazing The handle for turning on the water to the tub was broken, and the bathroom is small very tight space.
