Unfortunately I had a crawling black bug on the bed. I took a video showed the desk manager he apologized profusely, changed the room and gave free breakfast coupons. The desk manager was the best part of the stay. The bed was uncomfortable & lumpy. The breakfast was not good at all.

Location and clean Bed uncomfortable, breakfast was not worth the price, off menu no server, did not include everything. Staff were on phones and inattentive.

They would not adjust my stay, so I was unable to use the room I paid for.

The staff the property was maintained, but the only problem that I had was my prepaid breakfast. It was awful. The eggs on the buffet was hard. The bread was hard even before toast. The oatmeal was ordered. The orange juice was bitter, and after that I had an omelette made, and the Spanish was old, and the condiments was old not the packs, but the cinnamon is sugar as well as the nuts. I didn’t get my rest because I waited and stayed up to get the breakfast after breakfast everything went sour meaning no rest.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with 3 kids in tow. With the heat so humid outside the AC was nice and cool inside (except for hallways). Overall we had a grand experience!
