Very clean, rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly ground coffee. Only thing missing would be a water fountain/filling station.

The elevator lights were out the whole time I was there, they just would say they knew about it. I guess no one can change a bulb.

Ate at Local on North in Duluth, and it was very good. Hotel is close to a bunch of restaurants. Front desk staff was very helpful every time we needed anything, and the person that was handling breakfast was very friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was there were some big stains on the carpet and a stain on the pull out mattress. Things happen. The rest was very clean so I wasn't too concerned.
