Very nice place to stay. Hot tub was a bonus. Walking distance to great restaurants & shopping. Loved the espresso machine for coffee each morning. Would highly recommend.

The kitchen was always clean and stocked. It made for a great area for the travelers to meet and have great conversations. Big thank you to Heather for providing a fantastic atmosphere.. We'll defiantly be back!

Very helpful front desk staff, great location, and a very comfortable bed!

Paid $891 for 2 nights but the hotel was not worth it. Pictures online do not match what it actually looks like. Waterfront on Glacier was nicer and cheaper

Rooftop hot tubs and seating were spectacular, room and facility were clean and comfortable, coffee maker very nice. Friday evening street noise and Saturday morning garbage truck are not for light sleepers, but ear plugs are provided. A really great vibe, friendly staff and centrally located to everything downtown. Penthouse King suite delivered the perfect staycation weekend!!

Location, amenities, locally owned. Vibe It was expensive

Basic good breakfast. Scones and cookies are very good. Great location very walkable. Friendly staff No coffee until 6:30am I am an early riser and no coffee in room. Odd window Ac that conflicts with window shade. You cant pull shade all the way down with AC running. Room (Deluxe King ) is very small. no dresser for clothes. Must use steps for second floor to carry luggage(No elevator ). Limited hours for guest Laundry. Due to weather(rain) I was not able to use the outdoor patios/hot tub

Location, location, location. Breakfast bar. The restaurant next door did not secure their garbage cans, and two of our nights saw a bear attacks the cans, one night succeeding to open one and the feed for over an hour. The floors are creaky and early morning departures are loud.

A wonderful hotel in the perfect location, within walking distance of many of Juneau’s dining and shopping options. The staff are fantastic, and breakfast was very good.

This is a unique and funky property in a fantastic location! We enjoyed the self-serve kitchen and the humorous quirky decor. The staff was amazing and friendly! The room is quite small. Ours was on the first floor, which was super convenient. All the other rooms require lots of stair-climbing. We could not get the A/C to work properly and it was too cold for us. Likely user error, but it affected our enjoyment of the room.

The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at.

Tina went above and beyond to be helpful in every way. She is a delightful person and is key to the success of the Silver Bow Inn.

Our room was wonderful and the hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were all so kind to us. We will definitely be back.

Great location, comfortable, fun amenities and vibe.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Close to everything. I took the bus to and from the airport and walked less than 5 min to the hotel. And there are hot tubs ! Great for post- hike, post- paddle. The breakfast was very simple and included a lot of protein options. It was good, and having 24h access to coffee, hot cocoa, cookies, water and ice was very helpful. I was fine with the room with a window looking at the wall of the next building because less sun came in, and no noise at all. Great for long days in July. Made it easy to sleep.

Not having an elevator made it difficult for me (age 81) and my husband (age 83). A staff member helped us with our luggage at check-in, but we were on our own when picked up at 5:50AM for our ride to the airport.

The staff is amazing, so helpful! Location outstanding, right downtown with great restaurants nearby. A resident porcupine walks down the sidewalk out front. We enjoyed the good breakfast and hot tub. Because of the downtown location, it can get noisy early in the morning. It is a refurbished older building, they did a remarkable job updating. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep, a concern for older customers or anyone with a disability.

The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.
