It was quite area.. Love the hawaiian history.. checking in was nice very polite.. Aloha spirit.. Room was little musky, curtains was rip.. Pool was close due to storm on Friday, but next day pool still close, sad couldn't enjoy.. had to drive to King Kamehameha Hotel to swimming.. No parking for handicapped, walking was hard for me..

Location: two blocks from Keauhou Bay where you can book many water activities like boat, fishing, kayak & snorkel tours for reasonable cost. The bay is a bit rocky but access is good for swimming, suggest aqua/river shoes; lots of fish. (Negnote: the locals should pack out there beer cans/trash at the BBQ area; yes we made a cursory attempt to pack some cans out.) Locals craft market fair nearby is very nice. Staff: Check in staff were great, they have a small snack/drink area. It is an established timeshare but no "hardsell" sales were made. Caleb was actually really helpful with info about the property with local grocery, food, activities, info etc.; Thanks. Accommodations: Our 1 bedroom suite for 4 was great, clean, functional, nice kitchen, A/C (living room & bedroom), 2 flat TV's, refrigerator/plenty of ice, blender, coffee maker, ceiling fan, comfy bed. Parking was underground - shaded. Many nice pools to choose from, water is warm, great sunsets, lots of colorful birds. Golf, tennis, racket & pickle ball available. We rented a car but; onsite bikes with baskets & you could go to to local markets. A shuttle/carpool to Kona would be nice where parking is $12.50 per hour NO CASH - no cell service NO PARKING; goes for a lot local beaches too. Embrace more Solar Power. Beware of the billionaires kicking out millionaires. Mahalo.

We really enjoyed the beautiful landscape at this property. We also liked the comfortable beds and the big windows, the lanai and the two bed/two bathrooms. The pools are small.

If you’re looking for ALL the comforts of home away frome home, while on vacation, this is the place to stay. By far the best place I’ve stayed for the price I paid.

We were staying at the Wyndham during Hurricane Lala, and the staff was experienced and trained to address our concerns. Certain amenities were closed/stored due to the pending weather event.

Property was well kept and the room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean. A pool was right outside our room for easy access and even though the pool was a bit busy at times, we couldn't hear it from our rooms. We stayed in building 1 room 5. Great room and kitchen. All utensils that we needed were there. We would definitely go back to this resort in the future. My whole family enjoyed it.

Spacious apartment and perfect for our young family of 5. We had everything we needed including beach gear!! If we come to Hawaii again we will be back.

There is no parking by the room. There a central parking lot. There was underground parking that we discovered halfway through our stay but we're not told about. It may have been for owner only. This is a two level unit with the bedrooms downstairs. The washer and dryer were incredibly noisy and located right next to the bedroom. There were no chairs in the bedrooms and the second room had no television. I wouldn't stay here again.

We were close to the pool and the BBQ area. The staff were nice and friendly and we appreciated all their help. Customer service was amazing. We definitely will plan another staycation here.

Stay for 2 nights.very spacious room with full kitchen facilities.Better than my own home. More comfortable than my home. Only set back is not much supporting facilities around. The nearby shopping ctr is the only major facility nearby,has great grocery store.CVS and some restaurants - many have limited hours or not opened. No

It was close to my house. We had to be out for termite tenting. The up sale on everything. I was told a price then had to pay a $250 cleaning fee. Then, I was sent to another person, and I was forced to pay an additional $40 just to get my key. Then this person was rude when I didn't take their tour at another location???
