It was really Hawaii for sure. Could have been cleaner and the were cockroaches in the kitchen area. The fridge froze all our food.

We had a family get together of 13 people and had an amazing time catching up with each other and explore the island where our grandmother grew up and lived. Coming back to the resort felt like home and had everything there we needed. Love this place and plan on coming back soon

The one major downside was being required to attend a timeshare presentation upon arrival. We found this unexpected and uncomfortable, especially since it was not something we anticipated when making our reservation. If this requirement had been clearly stated in the reservation description, we likely would have chosen to stay somewhere else. We enjoyed the resort itself, but the mandatory presentation definitely took away from the experience.

I didn’t like that I had to walk three flights of stairs because we were on the 3rd floor. Also, I did not like that the we were so far away from any or the pools.

The place is quiet, great location to visit downtown, tourist attractions, sunset at sunset terrace is amazing, would recommend.

We enjoyed the location we aren’t one for amenities we like to do our own things this was meant to be a late but fast honeymoon trip for my husband and I since he’s been busy with cancer treatments since we got married under 2 years ago and the information desk lady that gave us the wrist bands for access to everything was very rude and judgmental to us only being there for 2 nights and 3 days I’m sorry but you don’t know what people are going through in life I had to come back cuz I had foot surgery 2 days after also. I’m saddened that this had to be our experience the villas were nice and spacious but the staff made it to we’re I’m not even sure I’d restay due to that treatment. It shouldn’t matter how long people come to visit for. Also we weren’t a fan of the garages some had outside parking we would have preferred that I wish they’d ask what guest prefer there was a cockroach lurking in it too.
