Best Western Plus Keene Hotel

Very nice and clean

Part of the wall fell down and woke us in the middle of the night. Carpet was taped to the floor with electrical tape. Dirty. Even the room we changed to.

Room was not ready when I checked in. Room was dirty and toilet paper and towels are missing.

BIG Rolloff dumpster full of sticky trash 15 out the' glass door. Blocked view, swarms of flies and bees. Only door on that side of hotel had broken card reader. LONG way around. Old bldg from 50s/60s with cheap rehab 10 yrs ago. Lipstick on a Pig TURD!

Breakfast was great! Staff very helpful and pleasant.

One of the best Best Westerns we've stayed in. The attached restaurant was a huge plus. Food & restaurant staff were excellent. Room & bed were excellent. Morning breakfast spread was huge & delicious. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

The deluxe room is the best for only a $20 upcharge and the free breakfast saves us time in the morning by not having to go out.

Smelled old and musty kind of, and theres a camera watching your every move. It felt a little odd.

This property is nice, but if you want to have a steakhouse within the property, don’t expect it to be open on Sunday and Monday. Also, our air conditioner rattled and our shower didn’t work. They were very good about giving us another room to shower in. All in all a good stay, but not the best because of the small problems we had.

People were smoking in adjacent rooms , and I had to switch my room to another one in a part of the hotel that looks like it was being revamped. The second room I was in reeked like mold. I was seeking refuge at the Best Western to get out of my apartment,because somebody was smoking in an adjacent apartment to me. I would have been better off paying at least $50 more a night to have a clean room without the horrible smoke and mold in my breathing space. I would like my money back because this is the worst best western I have ever stayed in and I have traveled across the country throughout many years. If could have gotten my money back and just gone home, It would have been a healthier choice. The first room I stayed in lacked cleanliness, and I had to clean out the filters in the A.C myself and they look like they hadn't been cleaned in a year and there was black mold in the shower grout... And to add to that misery , I had to deal with a person smoking next door and it coming right into my room. Everything was filthy in that room!! The second room SEEMED to smell better until the heavy odor remover thing was taken out of the A.C and the horrific smell of mold took over. I had to actually clean the filter in the AC in this room as well, to my dismay. So the first room I had to suffer the smell of cigarette smoke and the second room I was breathing in heavy mold. I am so disappointed with this Best western , and I would like my money back. I will never stay in any Best Western again anywhere after this experience. The amount of money I paid to stay there is ridiculous!!
