The staff was friendly and helpful when something was needed. Obviously every hotel has an odor and people who don’t follow rules so yes it smelled of smoke at times. But the sheets smelled fresh and the room was clean. Overall a good quiet stay

The breakfast was a big disappointment. There are no tablesto sit at. And as a handicapped woman having to sit at bar hight seating.

I booked at the last minute for an unplanned visit and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations for the price.

If you require any ADA accommodations, make sure to specify up front. This hotel has no elevators. We were unable to walk up stairs with our luggage due to our disabilities. Appreciative the gentleman at the front desk was able to switch us to a first floor room, but if they were fully booked we would have just had to go to a different hotel. Want to make sure others know that up front they should disclose their need(s) up front and not assume they have elevators like every other multi-story hotel we’ve been to.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The place seriously needs updating. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The room is clean on the surface but very dusty behind the desk, TV, and cabinets. TV does not work. The air con is not noisy works well, which is good.

I had a water leak and it was fixed in like 5 min.

The staff was amazing. I overslept on my checkout date and they were very courteous about that.

Location is good. Everything you could need is close by. Parking is great. Breakfast could use a little attention. Two types of sausage, only boiled eggs which were gone. Room was comfortable. The only real problem is the room had no hot water no matter how long it was running. Definitely needs to be addressed.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Plenty of coffee.

Old building and run down.

Easy to get to. I tried to call to say I was going to be later for check in then what I had said. I got an Ai that could not understand what I wanted to do, asking me over and over the same thing. Just hung up and got to the hotel when I could. The stopper in the tub shower was broken. Did get it to work to take a bath. The bath had no strips on the bottom and was very slippery! The freezer section of the fridge was totally filled with ice.

It sucked.

Breakfast was skimpy. But ok. Can’t really mess up cereal.

The sink was backed up and hot water lasts about 2 minutes. Fixtures were rusted and antique. The desk chair was one of the metal industrial chairs with a padded seat from the 50s and 60's. My dad sat in one as a prison guard in the 60s. Breakfast was powdered scramble eggs. Dried out sausage patties and stale cereal. Coffee machine was absolutely horrible. Doors were not locked at night and wiFi is not secure with a password. I assume they cannot be bothered. Language barrier with front desk and staff is also an issue. I wish I had a good feeling to share,

The location was excellent, the breakfast was good and the staff friendly and courteous The bathroom was dated and not in very good shape, the carpets were very dirty, and the room smelled like cigarettes.
