Courtyard by Marriott Keene Downtown

Looked nice, location was great. Something in the room made me sick. I didnt sleep all night. It was effecting my sinuses, and I couldn't stop wheezing, and my throat was sore. Noone was at the desk, so not much could be done. I really want a full refund. Neither of us slept a wink.

In walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops Lobby was a bit too cold. The little store inside could be a bit bigger

Everything was great!! Beds were super comfortable.

It was convenient, updated and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. I didn’t eat at the restaurant that was on the ground floor but the menu looked good. I would highly recommend trying it as most of the restaurants for a full dining experience are pretty mid. The ice machine was broken and I needed the ice to put in my knee so that wasn’t really great

The hotel was exactly what was needed for our stay, as we were attending a wedding. It was convenient and the staff were helpful. It was a great central location in Keene for the rehearsal dinner. Myself and the kids also enjoyed the pool as the weather was very hot ouside. There was no kettle for making tea, and no teabags provided. There was only one milk sachet. As an Irish person still on Irish time, I really missed my morning tea in my room!

We planned this night away very last minute and had a great time. It met our needs.

Average property not worth the inflated rate.

The hotel room was okay but the pool was a horrible experience! The chlorine level must have been off the charts because it stung our eyes and skin, took the color out of a bathing suit and ruined jewelry by tarnishing it. We all showered right away but still felt itchy during the night. We were so angry and disappointed and when we told the desk at check out, nothing was said other than we are sorry that happened. I had to be specific with the gentlemen and told him he needed to notify the person maintaining the pool so that someone doesn’t get injured or have a severe reaction. Very disappointing!

Garbage still in the trash cans, mini fridge had some kind of animal medication in it, microwave was dirty, huge pee stains on mattress, bathroom sink did not drain well

The room was comfortable and for the most part clean. Only things that could have been better were the bathroom sink wasn’t clean and the drinking glasses were hazy and had smudges.
