Grand Hotel

The Grand Hotel is a delightful place to stay located right in the middle of town and in walking distance to shops and good restaurants. The hotel staff were Pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. My room was on the third floor and was small but cozy - and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable lighting was good and the bathroom was spacious. The continental breakfast was excellent. And there is free parking, which is so nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again or I to visit Kennebunkport in the future.

Location is good. Room was very small (when they say “cosy”think tiny, bathroom had some mold, conditioner in shower was empty, which wasn’t discovered until after I had already washed my hair, breakfast was terrible…even the English muffins offered were stale. And yet they charge a “resort fee”! The only “resort” amenity was free bicycles to borrow. Definitely NOT worth the ~$385 we paid. Restaurant and bar were both closed when we arrive AT 7pm! I booked this “hotel” at this higher price than other properties because I thought it would have a restaurant available when we arrived. Don’t waste your money. Stay at a cheap property because there really aren’t any amenities that warrant the extra cost.

Parking was easy right in front of door. Beautiful place with very friendly staff. Easy short walk to restaurants and shops. Great location.

Location Cleanliness and decor

Beautiful hotel in the heart of things. Did have trouble with internet, I logged in then kept getting booted off after about 2 minutes.

The rooms need to be updated. The lighting is very poor in the bathroom. No outside space to sit. Continental breakfast had very limited choices. The location was very good to walk to restaurants and shops. Overall considering the price of the hotel, I would not recommend it.

This hotel is in a great location… Close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was great. The hotel needs some updating. The rooms are very small, which they can’t change. The bathroom is extremely small and very poor lighting. The reading lights at the bed are extremely poor for any type of reading. They need to be replaced the outlets, the chargers just fell right out of the outlet.

Loved the location. Such a beautiful hotel I. A great coastal town. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing!

The lobby was clean and presentable, parking was easy and plentiful, and front desk staff was polite. Just deep clean the rooms and it would be a 5 star rating

Wonderful property and stay!

There is not much service here, card reader would not let me in and fortunately I could go through the restaurant even though they were closed. Because desk not manned after hours. Card worked earlier but not later when came back to hotel.

Everything was perfect for our one night stay. Staff was helpful, the room was very clean. Just be aware this inn is on the main street and is quite noisy early in the morning. Otherwise perfect!

Room was very nice. Not very big but they made great use of the space. Very “homey” and comfortable. Staff was always helpful but front desk hours only go until 400 pm. Location is great, walking distance to many places. Parking is an issue when they are sold out.
