Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Rushmore

Travel with family/ young children. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. The breakfast is decent. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, and the location was perfect—close to town and convenient to Mount Rushmore. The lobby had a charming Western flair, complete with a cozy fireplace. Breakfast was included and had just enough to get the day started. We were very glad we chose to stay here and would happily stay again!

The location was great, it was mostly clean, but had a faint smell. I later found mold on the curtains.

The location to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Badlands was great. John at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t find a pillow that was comfortable and the mattress was to soft

This is our second time booking here. Just as great as first time we booked in 2024. Beds are comfortable with clean rooms. Close to downtown and short drive to Mount Rushmore. Nice breakfast set up each morning. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

The beds were comfy and the breakfast was great.the staff was friendly I was very satisfiedawesome

Room was clean. Bathroom needed some updates and the air freshener or cleaning agent was overpowering. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Conveniently located to Mt. Rushmore and other sites we were visiting. The property is SO dated and clearly has not had the upkeep and care needed to sustain its appeal. Everything is completely worn and sheets on bed were worn bare. The side tables next to the bed had not been cleaned and had stains on them. Also, the free breakfast was horrible. All unhealthy packaged foods (except some Greek yogurt and fruit). I was not expecting a luxury property here but this did not meet my expectations.

Exceptional

Staff was great. Continental breakfast was good. The hotel was located very close (walking distance) to restaurants and other shops. We were just there for one night, so it provided everything we needed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms and bathrooms were. I very picky about hotels, but this one was great for someone like me haha the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great! Will definitely book here again!

Issues were with breakfast staff First 2 days could not get coffee without grounds and in my opinion the way the eggs were made were not good Third day scrambled eggs were great and so was coffee Again hot water clean room and good staff with the exception of kitchen first 2 days I believe it was a staffing issue But should have been rectified immediately Regards Barbara knapp

I feel that they don’t put a lot of pride in cleaning. Bed’s comfy and pillows good.
