The staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast was excellent and the facility was well appointed and maintained. I cannot think of anything to improve upon.

There was some trash on the ground by the pool area that wasn't picked up for a few days

I have been using Ayres for over 10 years. My room #163… next to loud entrance door. Next to workers laundry room noisy in the morning. Above is a work room loud. TV didn’t work and kept trying to get signal from cable. Workers noisy talking outside in the morning. Terrible stay I’ve wver had.

Rooms were clean, staff was polite and the daily breakfast which was free, was very good instead of the standard continental breakfast. I would stay again.
