I did enjoy the workout facility The room could have been cleaner - furniture had a lot of stains , bedspread really wouldn’t fit on the bed too well

1st room #202 they put us in the sofa bed is broken. Useless. So staff guy change us to room #204. Same type sofa bed looks worse which it shows many dirty stains and the bed is not working as it should lay flat. We me & my sister had no choice we share same bed. And the experience begins when my two sisters found bug bed, they take pictures, videos and…. Around 3:15 in the morning the alarm went off. The noisy woke me up and we went outside….After the Fire truck is left the hotel. We went back to collect our belongings, i got to record more bed bugs! and checked out the hotel around 4:15AM. What a terrible night !

Seemed to have been located near many businesses. The old, dirty furniture. The horrible smell. The bed that appeared to have been slept in previously, and the sheets apparently unchanged. Blood on the towel rack. Only heaven knows what I didn’t see in my very brief stay.

The location was convenient and the room was very spacious. The airconditioning worked well. The Hot breakfast was empty 30 mins prior to breakfast being over and when asked about the hot food being replenished they said yes, I waited about 10- 15 mins then was informed they could only make more potatoes. During this time multiple other guests were also awaiting more food that never came. After that I asked about getting a pool towel and they told me there were none, they were being washed. So I went to the pool to find the jacuzzi jets did not work. I picked this hotel for the hot breakfast, and jacuzzi and was disappointed in both of those amenities. I expected better from this brand of hotel and for the cost per night.

Yes had to tell them 4 times to change a pissy mattress on the couch

Room was fine, no complaints. Breakfast was pretty much empty by 8:30 on a Saturday, which was kind of a bummer. Other than that no real problems, room was clean, staff was nice, parking is easy.

The rooms and property were clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Our air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night, and they immediately moved us to a new room. The only negative thing I saw was that the pool was not clean and open for use.

Room not clean, place was just dark. Felt disgusting to even touch or sleep on the couch actually. The bathroom was decent sized but u know its old or unmaintained

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable and commendable.

Found roaches in the living/dining area. Bathroom ventilation fan didn’t work and bath design left water on the floor after a shower.
