Very nice hotel- close to airport - but never heard a plane. The beach is great. Lots of waves. The pool is heated and has 5 hot tubs - would definitely stay again

Location, Cleanliness and Beauty, Nice restaurants..

My stay was terrible. We were suppose to be refunded for 1 night because our flight was cancelled due to the hurricane. I emailed the manager multiple times as told to by the staff and never got a reply. So I paid 500 plus dollars a day for a room I was unable to use for no fault of my own. I would never stay here again. The staff was not helpful. And the food was expensive and not very good.

Everything was great. Amenities in room not much.

Love love love this resort beautiful will go back

After a major storm left the entire resort pitch black and without power. Instead of stepping up for their guests, management saw a disaster as a profit center charging everyone $25 a head for a horrid buffet of soggy vegetables. A crisis often reveal true character and These people proved they are predatory and entirely devoid of basic decency. Stay away.

Very nice stay came over to help residents of Kauai after hurricane Lowell finish my assignment early. Left a day earlier to spend time with my family. Plan to bring my family back the next time.

Beautiful facility! But Hurricane messed everything up up.. Rooms no power, makeshift food wasn’t good.. Great place without Hurricane!!
-
We stayed for one night because it was our 30th anniversary and the hotel we were at was in a more more rural area and we wanted to have a nice dinner. The person at check-in approved up for an early checkin (after 12:00 noon) which was awesome! Room was fantastic with a great view of the ocean. Seemed like a lot of activities which available alhough since we were only there for one night we didn't have time to enjoy. Maybe next time!

Great pool and beach access.
-
Everything was great but our room was next to the elevator so that was a bit loud when people would come out or the room service carts coming out of the room across from us. Everything else was great. I would have preferred a room more distance from the elevator although

The gym was incredible for a hotel. Found at the bar was very good. Great pool with 5 hot tubs.
-
It’s hard to evaluate because the hurricane came through and we did not have electricity or any service

Incredible location. Great staff.

The big pool with 5 hot tubs and beach were the highlights of this amazing property. The rooms were comfortable and there were dining options within walking distance. I received a $100 dollar food voucher which was very confusing to track joe this was applied to the participating restaurants and thought $30 parking was excessive on top of the $45 resort fee. It still rate the stay 5 stars and would stay here again.
