The staff were wonderful. Kanesha at the front desk was very helpful, professional, and efficient. Myra was helpful and welcoming too and Liza prepared a fantastic breakfast. In brief, my family and I really enjoyed staying in a hotel with such a positive atmosphere with kind staff that take pride in their jobs. Kudos to the manager and all for a hotel that is head and shoulders above the rest.

Clean and the Location was quiet and the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed it.

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we checked in. The only thing that was maybe lacking was the breakfast, but I'm guessing it varies from day to day a bit, and it's really what I would expect from a continental breakfast.

On the second day of our stay, both employees who prepared the continental breakfast were sick, so there was no continental breakfast and we had to go out for breakfast. However, due to this inconvenience, we our parking fee was waived.

Amazing staff, clean bathroom. However, carpet in the room was a bit damp but loved the size of the room. Breakfast was ok. Highly recommended!

As we checked in, we were told there was a laundry room that was complimentary to the guests, which we needed since the airport kept our luggage. Our flights were rebooked and we could not get our luggage as it was already in route to our final destination, so we needed to wash clothes. There were 6 working washers/dryers, however there were clothes in each of them. The staff was not helpful in moving the clothes or finding the guests they belonged to. We had to wait almost 2 hours to do our laundry. Multiple guests needed to do their laundry, we all complained to the front desk with no resolve. The hotel needs more organization and to provide staff that can make decisions versus waiting on a daytime manager to direct. Breakfast in the morning was canceled because the kitchen staff did not show up and there was no alternate. Simply canceled versus offering guests options or accommodations. Very disappointing. The highlight was a comfy bed, clean room, and a shuttle that came on time to drive us to the airport in the morning.

We only stayed one night. Room was clean, bed comfy and equipped kitchen with dishes, coffee, tea, popcorn, microwave, refer/freezer. They offer frozen meals, snacks and beverages for purchase downstairs. There are several good restaurants close by and they will provide free shuttle if you don’t have transportation. Overall good place to stay.
