even the drawers were missing some handles. dishwasher was running we had to shut it off

The staff, the cleanliness, the room, etc.. There were some ants and the bottom of the mattress felt as though it was sliced like a cake.

The room wasn’t clean. We found someone else underwear when we checked in and the staff did nothing to make our stay better

Friendly staff, check in and out was fast and effective. The room did smell like old cigarette smoke, but otherwise very neat and clean. The shuttle also only operated from 11am and not 7am as advertised. Pleasant stay, close to amenities, would probably use again

We had a wonderful stay at Simply Suits! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Simply Suits!

I like the fact that during my stay, I hardly heard the neighbors. It was peaceful. Also, the room was spacious. The parking lot is too dimly lit. As I drove through the area each evening, I noticed that other hotel properties were very well lit. This made me question the dim lights at Sonesta, especially since the property is mostly surrounded by woods.

I had a excellent experience with this location. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was spacious and modern. Thank you for the welcoming environment.

No house keeper on site shower curtain was tore up it was hair on the chair in the room the the toilet was running all night and somebody was stuck in the elevator for hours until the fire department came and freed him out the staff guy at the desk was rude and very dismissive

Unfortunately after sending the airport shuttle my way, they canceled my hotel room and gave it to someone else leaving me to call hotels for the next 2 hrs trying to track down a new one.

The staff members were very nice and helpful. Check in was smooth and questions answered professionally. My room was clean and has a kitchen with full size refrigerator. The amenities include WiFi, 24hr fitness room, guest laundry, shuttle to the airport and parking with a small fee per day.
