Hilton Long Beach Hotel

Angela at the front desk is awesome! Very friendly and nic3 staff. Love the ducks, complimentary selection of water. Good place to stay if u r going on a cruise, They provide shuttle services and let you check in early if a room is available. Top notch service. (Fyi just watch out for the elevator)

Easy check in and out. Very clean

Cleanliness was not the greatest, the housekeeper was the sweetest little lady though. The staff could use improvement in people skills. Breakfast was not included with my stay. I didn't use the bar. You have to pay $$ for parking daily or pay for Valet. Be careful using the the elevator the doors close very quickly. Your entry is not so inviting, people are challenged to climb stairs just to get to the front desk..

Comfortable bed, clean. Pool was not deep and sort of clean. Great pool for kids. Excellent staff and food. Long wait for drinks at the bar. Great shuttle to cruise port. Hard to find self parking. Second night so parking was not available so we had to pay for valet. Wasted time looking g for a spot before we just discovered underground garage was was full. I'd stay again!!

When we checked in I asked one of the staff member if there’s a shuttle to the cruise terminal. I was told there wasn’t but it was advertised in Expedia that there was. It’s the main reason we booked this specific hotel. When I asked for clarification on why it was advertised on Expedia, she said it wasn’t their responsibility and nothing they can do. When I tried to explain further to get some explanation, she got annoyed at me and told me to just take an Uber and take my complaint to Expedia and walked away. My wife then spoke to a Manager at the time and helped us and explained that they do offer a shuttle to the terminal. She was very nice and helpful. We asked he to make sure her staff knows the information and not disregard customer or at least look for an answer.

2.Gate to get out of garage did not work leaving me stuck until we could reach front desk 3. Could not obtain my receipt 4. Forced to move car multiple times.

Great atmosphere and the staff are very helpful

The rooms were clean . The staff for the most part was helpful. Upon checking in. The staff wanted to charge a deposit on the Valet parking plus the room. Which was a red flag. The elevator from entrance was out for five days. So you would have to take your luggage up two flights of stairs. But all and all nice hotel.

Exceptional

Nice property, clean, lots of food offerings, breakfast good. Parking. Lot always blocked. Learned to go around and find many open ( not reserved) spots on Hilton side of garage. Even employees told us to ignore it. Breakfast buffet overpriced.

Cleanliness and comfort of beds. The room was fine. The lighting in the room was horrible. I could not read my book or see anything to do paperwork. Very dark so made it dreary. Only one waitress on duty in the cafe. She was very kind and efficient but had no help whatsoever while men in suits just stood around watching. Very much understaffed!

There's nothing bad to say about this place we have stayed here three times in a row for a reason I love it here.

We stayed as a family of 4 for one night before a cruise. The room and hotel were perfect for what we needed. We didn't eat or drink there but walked to yard house and took the hotel shuttle back. Everything went well! The lobby ducks were a fun nice surprise.
