This hotel is a preference when I’m working in the port area, and when I’m taking some time for myself to enjoy the Long Beach nightlife, dining, and local record stores. The staff is pleasant, the hotel is clean, and the location is convenient.

The area and place was great but unfortunately I did get insect bites from the room. Don't believe it was bed bugs but since it's dog friendly it may have been flees or something similar. Dealing with several bites at the moment but other than that staff and everything is there for you like food, drinks etc. Parking seemed easy. Would be a 5 star without the insect bites.

we go to Long Beach once a year with family. The hotel is very near Aquarium of the Pacific and restaurants. the rooms are very nice and great views of the bay and beaches.

The room was clean. The parking lot was horrible. Smell like urine very dirty. The staff Amanda was very rude. Luna and CJ were very nice. The hotel looks Warne Marsh. I thought I had free parking it end up that I had to pay for it.

The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. Aside from that, the overall experience was very positive, and the excellent customer service from the staff really stood out. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great time spent at the Hyatt!!! Celebrating wife's birthday in room on the 15th floor with beautiful views of the harbor. Walking distance to the pier and other attractions. High marks for this wonderful facility.

Fantastic location, quiet, spacious room I don’t like paper cups and stirrers for my coffee but this seems to be the normal thing in even classy hotels like the Hyatt
