Ataff was nice and the hotel was nice and clean too

Rooms are not clean and noticeable wear and tear.

The hotel was very clean and very convenient located near a shopping mall. The beds were comfortable and we really liked the corner banquette seat with table inside the room. I wish the room had another dresser or a rack to unpack a suitcase because there wasn’t enough furniture. We liked to have access to a mini fridge and a safe in the room. We had a relaxing time at the WXYZ bar playing a board game and getting a drink. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t use it (maybe next time we will come prepared). It was also good for us that the hotel is dog friendly and we were able to travel with our dogs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely we will come back in the future.

The room didn't have an iron and ironing board. Nor did they have a blow dryer. However, as soon as I requested the items, a staff member grabbed it and personally handed me one and brought the other to my door. Fantastic Hospitality from everyone I came across.

Good space. Quieter street but close to restaurants and bars.

The window in my room was cracked with tape on it! The sink drain did not work properly. The door deadbolt didn’t work properly. The staff addressed the issues with we are working on it! Also offered me a free night of if I contacted Expedia to get it!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Convent location and close to all amenities.

I’ll start with the positives. The room was pretty clean, the pool was open, and the hotel was very quiet. The cons, the pool bathroom was disgusting, the concrete surrounding the pool was gross with gum and the water was pooling in a lot of area, the sliding door to the bathroom had to be shut ever so gently or else it would roll back, and ordering breakfast was solely takeout style. The food was good but it just felt weird to order a waffle at the check-in desk and it’s brought to you in a to-go container. I wish the snack area was more diverse as well. Overall, our stay was okay, but we won’t be back.

Everything was excellent from start to finish! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. I would happily stay here again!
