When we got there after my husband’s eye surgery, the room smelled pretty musty and then we found the bedding had not been changed on either bed. I took pictures and showed the staff at the front desk and they asked what we want them to do. Really? I asked if we can get the bedding changed on at least 1 bed so we can sleep. Someone in the front did go upstairs to get us fresh bedding and just blamed housekeeping but it did not leave a first good impression. Also the pillows were very flat. The bathrooms were nice and updated but because of the bed issue I wouldn’t ever go back there.

I liked the location of the hotel, the amenities, the super friendly staff, the cleanliness, I stayed in a king suite. I took a 2 year old that I babysit and he had a lot of fun swimming and watching the Disney channel. We slept in so we didn’t get to have breakfast but we will be staying another night. The price was cheap for the stay.

From check-in to checkout, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. The front desk employee was rude and condescending when I asked a simple question about the incidental hold process. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, I was met with a raised tone and an unhelpful attitude. Only after I calmly de-escalated the situation did the employee become more cordial. Things got worse when I entered my room and found dirty sheets with visible hair and stains. Thankfully, a housekeeper happened to walk by, heard my concerns, and immediately stepped in to help. She quickly got clean linens and remade the bed. She was the only employee who provided genuine customer service during my stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeper assigned to my room later arrived and confronted the other housekeeper for helping me. The argument took place right in front of me and was completely unprofessional. I was shocked that employees would openly argue in front of a guest over someone simply trying to fix a problem. Between the rude front desk interaction, dirty room, and employee conflict, this hotel fell far below basic hospitality standards. Learning that this property also owns the La Quinta next door does not inspire confidence. I'm still considering filing a formal complaint. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere. Do not stay here.

Clean rooms great staff acs could use some cleaning

Dirty room smelled like smoke. Asked for a non-smoking and told entire hotel was non-smoking. Anyone with CF or asthma cannot breathe. Elevator took 20 mins to come down, ice maker broken and moldy on 2nd floor.

Very clean and up kept. Bed was very comfy clean bedding. Breakfast was good. Outside was very well lighted. Outside very well lighted and clean. Employees very respectful and friendly

The property was fine for a night. A place to rest and leave.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was very simple and limited. The room that I stayed in had red stains on the curtains.
