La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock Southwest

Exceptional

Breakfast offerings were good. Dirty windows with pigeon droppings smeared on window. Weak water pressure for showering Unavailability of heated indoor pool. Ceiling tile in fitness center fell with some water on floor. WiFi connectivity not working in the morning.

Very clean and pretty quiet. Christine the manager was excellent.

Very good

It was easy and very quick to check in and out of the hotel.

Breakfast Nothing

The room was clean, the breakfast was very delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

W

Nice rooms with ceiling fan . This room has a balcony which was a pigeon coop because it was unusable due to all the pigeon crap.

Breakfast was great. Staff was kind and friendly. Always greeting people as they come and go front the facility. Pool area was a bit dirty. Pool and hot tub need to be cleaned.

Very good

Everything!! Great location room was very comfortable. Stuff was amazing.

We have tried several hotels in the Lubbock area and this is the one we always go back to. It’s clean, has a microwave and fridge which is great for longer stays. The price is very reasonable. The rooms always smell clean when you step into them as do the sheets and bedding. The bathrooms are well maintained and I never get that ick factor in them. We have several more trips planned there and will not be looking anywhere else!

Exceptional

Excellent friendly Staff!

They messed up my reservation and refused to give me a refund.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Lubbock, which is normally 5-6 times a year; my kiddos call it their Lubbock home. =)

Large lobby. Large room and clean. Big bathroom it counter space. I love a bathtub Good parking. Quiet area Unbelievable rate on a Sunday night. Nice hot tub and pool. Hot water in room. Big breakfast. BIG Room Low water pressure and I could hear the room next to me very early in the morning

Great location and comfortable. The apps on the TV didn't work.

Overall very nice for the price Rude housekeeping staff slamming doors very loud and asked for an extension on time willing to pay through the app. Was told I couldn’t and they didn’t do that. If they don’t do that then why offer it as an option through the link?!
