The place is ok. The place is dated. Furniture is worn down. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.

We enjoyed our stay. No problems.

Entire staff was very friendly. Room very clean except for a lot of dust under furniture which my dog found. Good breakfast.

This was supposed to be a night away but ended up being a gross one night stay feeling like I have to rush home to shower I honestly felt like no one cleaned the suite before we checked in it was so honestly disappointing I wanted to cry

I booked and paid on expedia and they still charged me. They were supposed to fix it and never did.

Hotel and room were very nice, clean, and modern. Location was very convenient for our travel needs. We had a slight change in our itinerary, meaning we would arrive 1 day later than original booking. Process to change arrival date and have money refunded is worthless. Speaking to front desk about it on the phone wasn't helpful either. Front desk man's phone communication style was a bit abrasive when I called to try to have it changed. Room was booked through booking.com, and their change process isn't very good either.

masking the smell of the dirty floors by using a ton of bleach. The carpets were in poor condition. The room door didn't shut properly so we had to really push on it to get it to close. The staff were not friendly at all, and all of the people milling around the reception desk at all hours of the day were problematic. It felt like no one even cared about any of the guests staying there. The elevators were in poor condition and very slow. Could barely fit two people with luggage in them. There were people working on their cars in the parking lot like it was a garage. Just all around not a good place.

Enjoying staying at this property each autumn when I am in Madison. My room has always been clean, quiet, with ample hot water. Breakfast is an added bonus, along with the swimming pool and hot tub. Location is good and close to Sun Prairie for shopping and restaurants.
