They were still under construction, felt that the hotel was not full, should have put me on a high floor above the workers. Plus. They worked on Sunday 9am!!! Breakfast was terrible. Only two hot items, one juice source. The heater in the room was not working. Toaster was broken, tried to yoast a bagel, it started smoking.

They have construction going said it was supposed to start at 10am on weekends but it started at 8am which if you're waiting to sleep in alittle we'll you cant .

This hotel is under renovation. I'm sure the renovated rooms will be nice but I think they should warn people who are going to stay there during the construction. When I checked in my key didn't work I was offered to be escorted without thought for how I would get in each time. There was a large, loud party going on on my floor at 10pm. The walls were covered in stains. I turned on my lamp and pulled back a hand covered in dust. I don't usually leave reviews let alone bad ones but myself and my coworkers checked out after the first night.

I did not know about the pet fee or parking charge, which are both excessive. The property is under renovation and I was put in the 6 th floor which required a lot of walking . Also the security lock was NOT operable.

The property was under renovation and our first room a/c ran continually with a constant temperature of 62 degrees. Front desk gave us a remodeled room the next day and the rest of the stay was good.

Hair and crumbs in bed, yellow mattress, yellow pillows, two of my groups rooms were ransacked. Smelled like weed in hallways and major sheetrock damage throughout. Also did not clean under ice machines.

When my family and I first arrived we were given a one bedroom room. I booked a two bedroom suite. We went up to the room to find out it was only a one bedroom, I called the front desk to inform them and they instructed me to come back downstairs to get the new keys for the actual room I booked. The staff was on their personal phone when we first arrived and when I went back downstairs to trade out the keys. She admitted it was her error. We went to the actual room I booked and it was terrible. The showers were broken (it took all my strength to turn the knob to start the shower) and the shower hinge was coming out of the wall. The room was disgusting and tore up. It was not cleaned well as there was particles I’m guess from someone’s left behind food all over the floor. The pillows were deflated and wore out. The outlets weren’t working so I had to go around to find one that actually worked for the blow dryer (the only that worked was in the main living room area). Our view out our windows was construction in the back and was quite scary. The elevators were very scary to ride in as well (shook and seemed to be breaking down). I will never stay here again. Talk to your employees about customer service and handling their personal issues off the clock, and clean this place up! Disgusting!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!! We even skipped eating here because we didn’t wanna add food poisoning to our trip.

It was a great place, in a nice location. Will definitely stay again.

Staff try there best . But the food in the morning was not the best. I been to other Homewood that was awesome. This one was more like a motel stay

Quietness, customer service and my overall stay. Everything was perfectly fine

TV's did not work and AC would not keep room cool. Renovations on-going during the day keep rest at a minimum

Stay was great but unfortunately we got 2 chocolate milk containers that were spoiled.
