The problem that I had was parking fee. I stayed there in June of this year did have parking fee at the time. Be careful of extra fees.

This hotel was really beautiful and clean. I would stay here again.

Only gave us 1 key for 3 people. Was trapped in the elevator. Trapped in the parking lot because they neglected to tell us you would need it to open the exiting gate also. Very unsafe because the cleaning staff unlocks your door and props it open with all your belongings available to anyone who walks by. They do this for the whole wing regardless if they are in the room cleaning. My niece came back to her room after 11 and her door was left propped open all day after the crew left. The pillows and bed were good.

The rooms and property were clean. The staff was friendly. The one reason I booked this hotel was because it hot a hot tub, and that was out of order. I didn't want to get the breakfast or anything from the bar because of how pricey anything from a hotel is.

The property is dated. Bathroom was dirty. The roof was leaking in the lobby.

Nice hotel, but I was caught off guard and disappointed by what they consider a balcony. The space is incredibly narrow—so slim that you can’t even fit a chair out there. To make matters worse, my outside area was located directly in front of the noisy HVAC unit. Because you can only stand up, the space is highly unpleasant to use. I am very dissatisfied with the balcony setup. In addition, the unit in the room was also loud and the room temp never balanced. the temp was set to 70, but the room temp read about 5 degrees higher.
